 First French Reviews Great for my class. They really enjoy French time now with all the interactive activities. Susan Shandor, USA * the CD is suitable for all ages, as an introduction to the topic or as consolidation of previous learning * the topics cover a good range of subjects * the audio is clear and helps the children to aquire a good accent * the activities are effective in re-inforcing the children's knowledge * the activities take account of differing abilities * because the follow-up activities follow the same pattern, the children can use them independently * the instructions are very clear and easy to understand / follow * the French scenes are a good starting point for discussion of French life and culture My only suggestion would be to perhaps include some flash cards or posters with the CD (but teachers are very capable of making their own). Our pupils have enjoyed using the CD, and I would certainly recommend the resource to other schools. We also like that the children can use it independently on the interactive board with little to no direct supervision. We think it will be very useful. Very easy to use, good variety of topics and although the activities were repetitive it meant that children knew the games and could just go on and know what to do with different target language.
